At Gameday Stripes, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and delivered in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of our products and the limited-edition nature of many items, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure that all order details, including sizes, quantities, and shipping information, are correct before finalizing your purchase. All sales are considered final once the order is placed.
Order Issues or Product Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Customers must report any issues within 3 business days of delivery. To initiate a resolution, please contact our support team by email:

We will review your claim and provide a solution on a case-by-case basis, which may include a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
Shipping Delays or Lost Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or issues related to incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. In the case of a lost or significantly delayed package, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Custom or Limited-Run Items
Many of our products are made in limited quantities or on demand. Because of this, inventory is not always guaranteed for replacements. In these cases, store credit may be issued instead of an exchange.
